- Initial Deliberations: At BUILDWORTH we engage the process of design by discussing with the client, we first sit down with you to interact and to learn more about your project’s vision and functionality needs. During this initial discussion we build your confidence, by showing you our portfolios of past projects and architectural design trends
- Information Gathering and Planning of Site: Immediately followed, after our initial discussion meeting, our team will visit the clients’ future facilities site, with a surveyor and discuss with regards to the location, measurements, sustainability needs, etc. While also gather all necessary documentation you may have, including applicable records, building code requirements, pre¬permits, and more.
- Preliminary Design: At this stage, we conduct the initial pre-planning design for your Project, which includes ideas for the various components of the project and its sustainability options. In this segment also BUILDWORTH architects develops a rough sketch of their vision for the project. This covers structure design, entrances, window placements, etc.
- Working Drawing, Design and Development: A clearer and more detail view of the project is been conceived and final decisions are made, our architects that are involved in the project, develops the schematic designs into a more acceptable document. All drawings are more advanced in this phase, with regard to details which includes measurements, materials, and methods. Following this step, all information from our structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers, will be incorporated into the working drawing.
- Start-up Construction: Full Architectural Design is ready, after all necessary permits have been collected, the construction manager will then determine when and how to start the construction process. The BUILDWORTH architect will remain throughout this process and always available to the construction manager and other supporting entities for these reasons. 1. To provide insight and ensure they schematic designs is strictly followed. 2. Monitor all engineered systems, if any do not line up perfectly with the designs, the architect will available to make necessary adjustments to the project
